Virgin Voyages Central Sea Terrace

Dining & Booking Restaurants

Virgin Voyages has 21 Places to eat on board including 6 Restaurants. All dining options are included in your cruise fare. Unlike other cruise lines, there are no additional fees to dine at a ‘Speciality Restaurant’ and tips are included.

Breakfast: Virgin Voyages serves up a range of breakfast including casual options at The Galley (Open 24/7) or brunch until 1pm at The Wake and Razzle Dazzle. The Wake and Razzle Dazzle Bruch options can be booked on board. You can also preorder room service the night before, this is known as ‘Ship Eats’ and available via the Virgin Voyages App.

Dinner: It’s advised to book your dinner reservations before boarding. As your Virgin Voyages Speciality, I can take care of this for you. Reservations are open to book:

  • Regular Sailors can book dining 45 days before the voyage.

  • Rockstar Sailors can book 60 days before the voyage.

Ship Eats: 24/7 Room Service:

Ship Eats is available to order via the app when on board. This is included in your fare, however, there is a $10 delivery charge. Top Tip: If your order includes paid items up to $10 or more, the delivery fee will be waived.

Tips Before You Sail

When you book your Virgin Voyages Cruise with Travels with Kyle, you’ll receive exclusive perks and a pre voyage guide to give you lots of tips and advice before you set sail on Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady. Here are some tips to get you started ahead of your voyage. See our full guide below.

  1. Download the Virgin Voyages App

  2. Select your boarding time on the app as soon as your booking is confirmed

  3. Bring up to 2 bottles of wine on board with you

  4. Pack something RED for Scarlet Night

  5. Pre Book Shore Excursions on the App

  6. Pre Purchase your Bar Tab for added bonus

  7. Bid for cabin upgrade

Virgin Voyages Wrist Band

Spending on board

Paying for Purchases & The Wrist Band

You will be given a wrist band when boarding the ship. This is linked to your account and used to access your cabin and pay for purchases on board EG: Alcohol, Spa Indulgences , retail products.

Red Bands are provided to regular sailors. Black Bands are provided to Rockstar Sailors (Suites).

Any purchases will be deducted from your Bar Tab / Sailor Loot first. Thereafter, it will be deducted from the credit card linked to your booking.

On Board Credit

When booking your cruise, you will sometimes be given bar tab or sailor loot as incentives. Bar Tab and Sailor Loot are types of credit to use on board, however they differ:

  • Bar Tab: This can be used for beverages only including alcohol and premium coffees.

  • Sailor Loot: This can be used for any purchases on board including Shore Excursions, Spa, Retail Products.

When buying a beverage on board, it will be deducted from your Bar Tab first. If you do not have Bar Tab, it will be deducted from your Sailor Loot.

You can track your spending on the Virgin Voyages App throughout your sailing by navigating to ‘Wallet’ section.
